Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage, business interruption, money, all risks, computer, contract works and fidelity guarantee.
2 Residential Leasehold

Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage and property owners liability.
3 Casualty and Related Covers

Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: employers, public, products and pollution liabilities, officials indemnity (including land charges, libel/slander & public health act) and Professional indemnity.
4 Motor

Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: comprehensive cover for private & commercial motor vehicles including special types and third party liability.
5 Fine Art

Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage on an agreed value basis
6 Terrorism
