The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide inspection and testing services for emergency lighting systems across its estate.The contract covers 77 buildings across the RNOH estate, where emergency lighting systems require ongoing testing and inspection.Routine Testing & Inspection: Monthly Flick Tests – A quick check to ensure emergency lights activate correctly.Annual 3-Hour Battery Discharge Tests – A full compliance test to confirm battery backup functionality.Survey Requirement: The contractor must conduct a survey of emergency light fittings in all covered buildings within the first six (6) months of the contract for each building and provide the list for record purpose.The contract will run for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option for two (2) extensions of 12 months each.This competitive flexible procedure will be conducted in two (2) stages:Stage 1: Invitation to Participate – Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ)Stage 2: Invitation to Submit a Final Tender (ISFT)
