Description

NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WYICB) is looking to commission 15 Intermediate Care Nursing Beds for Calderdale Cares Partnership, in accordance with the NICE guidelines NG74.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider Process. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.The service provides intermediate care support for a short time in a community bedded setting (typically no longer that 6 weeks) to help people recover and increase their independence. This service is for people aged 18 years or over who need support after discharge from an acute inpatient setting, virtual ward or to help someone in a crisis (step up service from community ), to help them rehabilitate, re-able and recover, before returning home to their usual place of residence.Contract period: 1 April 2025 - 31 March 2030Contract Value: £4,574,700
