Description

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing a cloud-based software solution for Electronic Personal Education Plans (ePEP), an Analytics Tool, Attainment Progress and Attendance Tracking for Children who are Looked After by Herefordshire Council. The system should be able to track, record and generate detailed reports on ePEP's, attendance progress and attainment of individual children, any groups (e.g. young people at a particular school, young people of a certain age) over any specified time period and to compare these to the national averages for similar cohorts. The system and associated support service should have a proven track record of enabling local authorities to meet their statutory requirements relating to electronic Personal Education Plans, attainment and attendance tracking.
