To provide a timely and quality based assessment, therapy, advice, monitoring and safe discharge service for children and young people who have communication and/or swallowing needs requiring specialist SLT support within mainstream and special schools in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Total Quantity or Scope

This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance. CLCH SLT service provides a timely and quality based assessment, therapy, advice, monitoring and safe discharge service for children and young people who have communication and/or swallowing needs requiring specialist SLT support. The service contributes SLT advice to Statutory EHCNAs. To meet the demand and reduce the waiting times, the relevant authority need to act urgently and award a new contract for the services.The lifetime value of the contract is £450,000.The dates which the services are to be provided is from 23rd March 2025 to 22nd March 2026.
