Description

The Authority intends to issue a Request for Information for the purpose of assessing the suitability of the market for the purchase of multifunctional Mobile Biometric Enrolment (MBE) devices and the required support software.

Total Quantity or Scope

This PIN is released for prior information only. This PIN does not formally signify the beginning of any procurement exercise by the Authority, nor does it constitute a commitment by the Authority to undertake a procurement. If a separate Contract Notice is published the Authority may rely on the publication of this notice to utilise the minimum time-frames permissible for the receipt of tenders and stages of a procurement. The Authority wishes to engage with the market to assess suitability of the market to provide the required solution. Additional information: This notice does not formally indicate the intention of the Authority to begin a procurement and is indication of the intent to gather further information.

If you have not yet registered on the e-Sourcing Portal before, this can be done online at https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com by following the link ‘To register click here’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Once you have registered on the e-Sourcing Portal, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. Your email must clearly state: the name and reference you wish to register for; the name of the registered supplier; and the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. The email will be processed and then the buyer will enable the supplier to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Portal.
