The publication of this notice marks award.This contract has now been formally awarded using the start competitive process,Contract award date: 21st January 2025.The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are: 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2030 (with the option to extend for up to a further two years),Lifetime value of the contract is anticipated to be: Value excluding VAT: £2,539,278 (including extension)There was no review during the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 31st January 2025 (8 working days following publication of intention to award notice). They should be submitted in writing to procurement@snee.nhs.uk. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Award decision-makers: SNEE ICB Executive Committee. • No conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, were declared by any decision makers. The competitive process was undertaken as outlined within the Procurement documentation, which included a review of the Selection Criteria and an Award Assessment which reviewed the Key Criteria as described within the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
