1 | MEP Services (sections 1-6) Framework to identify suitably competent principal contractors to provide full and integrated planned capital and refurbishment to mechanical, electrical & plumbing service, to social housing properties throughout Aberdeen City. The requirements also include design work and various pre & post-construction client items as listed in the documents. |
2 | Passenger Lift Installations (section 7) Provision of passenger lift and associated equipment installations and capital upgrades, including associated design and pre-construction operations. Additional information: Lot 2 can be priced on it's own, without the contractor requiring to also price for Lot 1. |
