Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of the North Yorkshire Local Plan. 2.3. The HRA will provide a key piece of the evidence base to support the preparation of the Plan at each stage up to Submission stage as well as at the Examination in Public.
