Description

Coventry City Council is seeking a provider to complete monthly regulation 44/45 visits to our internal residential homes. Coventry City Council has 7 internal homes with a view to opening a further 4 over the coming years. The provider will need to complete monthly inspections on our homes providing a report to each Registered Manager. We are currently exploring contract terms and length. The contract would need to commence from September 2025. If you feel you could potentially deliver this service, please could you provide the information below to Priya Dady on email address Priya.dady@coventry.gov.uk: • Cost of visit and report for each home. • Any oncosts of delivering the service. • Number of officers delivering the service. • Sample of a current Regulation 44/45 template. • Preference on contract length. • Any requirements of the Local Authority.
