There are more than 700 buildings across the entire Hampshire Estate, most of them require their Legionella Risk Assessment and Schematic updating, together with written scheme implementation and any remedial actions arising to be reviewed and acted upon. The aim of the contract is to renew around 700 Legionella risk assessments and schematics which pre-date 2021, in line with the Hampshire County Council's Specification. The package of work will be spread over a 3-year period with approximately 200 legionella risk assessments and schematics completed every year.
