Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are keen to further understand where the market stands in terms of an upcoming opportunity for a Solar PV Canopy and EV Charging Hub at Drummond Street Car Park, Rotherham, S65 1HP, on a building contract and concession contract basis.
