Vectis Housing Association Limited (VHA) is procuring grounds maintenance services for the properties it owns and manages. VHA intends to award one contract to a single supplier. The Contract will run for an initial five-year period with the right for VHA to extend in yearly increments for a further five years (giving a maximum overall duration of ten years).
