Description

The City of Edinburgh Council requires to procure decriminalised parking and traffic enforcement services, including, but not limited to; labour, IT and associated services, to enforce parking and moving traffic regulations within Edinburgh.

Total Quantity or Scope

The City of Edinburgh Council requires to procure decriminalised parking and traffic enforcement services, including labour, IT and associated services, to enforce parking and moving traffic regulations within Edinburgh. The service delivery areas covered by this Contract include, but are not limited to: On-Street Enforcement Services; Car Pound Services with potential future DVLA Services; Bus Lane Camera Enforcement Services; Pay and Display Services; Suspension and Dispensation Services; Lines and Signs Maintenance Services; Cashless and Contactless Parking solution; Permit Management Services; Back Office Support Services; Notice Processing Services; LEZ Services; and Future Services. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal Options

Prior to the expiry of the initial 5 year term, the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to a further 5 years.
