Other Information

Through procuring a CRM, we aim to maximise the engagement of the businesses we work with, increase the interest employers have in our work, improve the support we give employers to engage with activities, and measure the outcomes of our efforts. The CRM will provide the EWS Directorate with a shared single source of truth about our employer engagement. The benefits of this single source of truth will be that it provides the Directorate with a complete understanding of the employers we engage with, the interactions we have with them alongside the ability to monitor and analyse the data.
