The Client will require the support of technical advisors who are highly capable, with the knowledge and ability to provide: , - transport modelling using Moira 2.2, Planet Framework Model (PFM) and the Northern Rail Modelling System/Northern Transport Modelling System (NoRMS/NorTMS); - modelling and appraisal advice based on a deep understanding of the Transport Analysis Guidance (TAG) and related rail appraisal and forecasting guidance
