Description

The service supports significant numbers of discharges each week-20 at minimum which means people are more likely to go home when they are medically fit to do so and there will then be limited delayed hospital stays which will reduce costs and negative experiences for individuals who have prolonged hospital stays. The packages of reablement will improve people's independence and wellbeing allowing them to live as independently as possible at home, reducing their need to access statutory services

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of intention to award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award NHS Provider Selection Regime Direct Award C. A community prevention approach delivering personalised enablement and discharge planning. This is for a 1 year contract, 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025, £1.4 million, with the option to extend for 12 months

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 5 August 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
