All local authorities have a statutory duty under the Housing Act 1996 Part VII, (as amended by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017) where appropriate, to provide temporary accommodation for homeless applicants pending investigations into their application. West Lindsey District Council seeks a Registered Provider (a supply partner) for the sourcing, delivery and management of thirteen (13) temporary accommodation units.
