Lot Division

1 Corporate, Governance & Finance

Scope of service for Lot 1 (Corporate Governance and Finance ) requirement includes but not limited to the provision of legal advisory services for: Banking and finance including the raising of bank funding, capital markets issuance and hedging arrangements, Charging and security work, Development draw down funding (including contracts with the HCA / GLA), Corporate governance , New business opportunities, Acquisitions and disposals.

2 Housing & Asset Management

The scope of services for Lot 2- Housing and Asset Management includes but not limited to : housing litigations e.g. disrepair, antisocial behaviour, rent arrears proceedings.
