This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd via open procedure to seek a supplier for the Provision of External Audit Services. The initial term of the contract will be for the period of 2 years. The initial term may be extended by a period or periods of up to 3 years. Total Quantity or Scope

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a supplier for the Provision of External Audit Services. On return of all tenders following tender return deadline, all submissions will initially be evaluated on a pass/fail basis and only tenderers who have passed this stage will their quality and price submission evaluated. Evaluation will be based on the below criteria (1) Selection Questionnaire (SQ) - Pass/Fail (2) Invitation to Tender (ITT) - Weighted Quality Questions and Price After evaluation of the ITT submissions, the one tenderer who achieves the highest score in both quality and price will be awarded the contract.

Renewal Options

The initial term of the contract will be for the period of 2 years. The initial term may be extended by a period or periods of up to 3 years. Total potential Contract term including extensions is 5 years.
