Legal Justification
The Student and Academic Supervisor are affiliated with this university and therefore competition is absent for technical reasons (Regulation 32[2][b][ii]). This is a genuine research project into understanding and managing mosquito-borne viral diseases and the value of the procurement means it falls out of scope of Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015.
