Description

In accordance with the specification, the supplier will be required to provide GTR with a multifunctional interactive online application to self-serve business travel services, together with such ancillary services as may from time to time be required according to the GTR Expense Policy and including a consolidated invoice billback service.

Total Quantity or Scope

GTR is looking for a supplier who can offer an accessible value add travel booking service that meets GTRs requirements. Travel includes accommodation, meeting booking and transport (for staff and passengers in some cases). Travel Management includes providing access to a range of price and service options including the ability to change and amend bookings as required. The service will be accessible via an online platform as well as over the phone and in writing if required. Business travel includes accommodation, meeting booking and transport (for staff and passengers in some cases).
