Description

Soft Market Testing Questionnaire for Catering Services to Merton Civic Centre. The London Borough of Merton ("the Authority") is seeking to undertake a procurement exercise for provision of catering services in the Merton Civic Centre and possibly one other local site by a social enterprise and/or catering supplier.
