Interested parties are to email cleaningtender@chilternrailways.co.uk by 20 April 2023, expressing their interest in this procurement and indicate which lot you would interested in. When expressing interest please answer the following questions: For Lots 1 and 2: Are all of your cleaning operatives directly employed, with employment contracts, by your organisation? Explain how you onboard new employees/agency staff, and what right to work checks you performed and how do you ensure that modern slavery is identified at the point of recruitment? For Lot 1: Can you provide, even if subcontracted, all of the following services, Standard Cleaning, High Level Cleaning, Feminine Hygiene Services, Pest Control, Consumables, Waste Disposal (Including Sharps and Biohazardous)?
