Description

This was the procurement of a part-refurbished (Second hand) 26 tonne Refuse Vehicle. After suppliers on Framework Agreements were contacted without success, an exemption was sought from the Council's contract standing orders to go directly to supplier (under threshold) on the basis of extremely limited market / availability of suitable vehicles.
