Legal Justification

Due to pressures within the sector brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and other ongoing changes in the sector including Fife Council's Test of Change and Home First Projects, Recruitment and Retention issues and work underway to try to address these issues following the announcement of additional funding by the Scottish Government. It is anticipated that modifying the framework by 12 months will mean that Fife Council is better able to incorporate the impacts of these changes into our tender specification.
