Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey & North-East Hampshire as well as adult drug and alcohol treatment services in Surrey. i-access is the substance misuse treatment service for Surrey, it is part of Surrey and Borders NHS partnership Trust (SABP). i-access provides tiers 2,3 and 4 and the service is jointly provided by SABP and Public Health, Surrey County Council under a cooperation agreement. The substance misuse element of the Surrey Family Safeguarding Pilot is part of the i-access service. The Authority will be commencing a new procurement process for community based harm reduction and care planned treatment to adults with a lower level of complexity and risk services.
