We then use our expertise to deliver procurement contract and framework solutions that drive down costs and provide better customer and patient experiences. We provide compliance through commitment, not commitment through compliance. We're able to do this by drawing on our rich and varied capabilities and our extensive service infrastructure. NOE CPC also has a strong e-commerce and information function which encompasses the management of e-solutions such as an eCatalogue Solution, an eSourcing Portal and an online Business Reporting Portal. These technologies support us in our drive for procurement efficiencies for both ourselves and our members.
