Description

The purpose of this PIN is to undertake a pre-procurement market testing exercise to enable the WMCA to develop further capacity in Sector Based Work Academy Programme provision (SWAP) funded through its Adult Education Budget (AEB).

Total Quantity or Scope

The WMCA would like to explore its proposal to test appetite for its approach to widen access to its SWAP funding as part of AEB. The purpose of this exercise is to research the market in order to help the WMCA draft and formulate a specification. Consequently, the WMCA would like to invite interested organisations to participate in this exercise.
