Renewal Options

The term of the contract shall be 1 November 2020 until 31 October 2025 with the option to extend for up to a further two years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Housing First element of the pathway will commence later on the 1 April 2021 and shall run in line with the term of the pathway. The Authority reserves the right to commence the Housing First element of the pathway earlier than the 1 April 2021 if appropriate.
